As a dance artist and performer, I am interested in working on how to approach space by using the body as a poetic device for movement. Aiming to transpose current events surrounding our communities today as inspiration for honest work, I continue the momentum generated by a cause in order to establish a dialogue within the community. My movement pulls from this culture dialogue in order to embody metaphysical ideas, memories and time. Using media as a platform for exposure helps support the collaboration of art and discussion; to push the parameters of what we “know”.
